Rules of the World

Kinetics:

Kinetics have the ability to control certain materials around them.

 

  • Must be talent based

  • There must be an opposite kinetic power

    •  E.X: Water and Fire, Electricity and Stone

  • Must be believable

  •     â—¦ No time, matter, or space manipulation

  • Rules for Naming Kinetic Power:

  •  Take prefix and add it to kinetic

  • Water -> Hydro -> Hydrokinetic

  • The prefix/kinetic hybrid name is the scientific classification

    • Common names can be used

    • No specific rules for common names

    • E.X: Aerokinetic -> Flier

Enhanced

Enhanced individuals posses powers that are in some way related to basic human physiology, but those functions are performing at a higher rate.

 

  • Talent based power

    • The strength of power relies on natural talent and hard work refining their skill​

  • Common Types of Enhanced:

    • Super Speed​ (Dasher)

    • Hyper Intelligence

    • Super Strength

Healers:

Healers are the rarest breed of supers, but there are actually two types.

​

External Healers:

  • Incredibly rare

    • One per country​

    • Exceptions can be made for secluded incidents

  • Cannot heal themselves

  • Must have some handicap

    • Talent based​

    • Energy Exertion

​Self Healer:​​

  • The more common type of Healer

  • Talent handicap

    • E.X: Specific body part​, limited uses, extended healing time

​

Mentalist

The Mentalist category is used as a catch all for powers based in the mind. There are two categories, defensive and offensive.

 

  • Defensive:

    • Partial-Full immunity from Mentalist attacks​

  • Offensive:

    • Most other mental powers fall into this category​

    • Mentalist is a fluid definition and can be molded as you see fit

    • Must not be too powerful
